It uses a dual cooling system combining a cold plate beneath the pans and a cross fin coil above to maintain food at safe holding temperatures throughout the display period. The unit accommodates 8 x 1/2 GN pans up to 65 mm deep, all of which are included, and operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 4°C using environmentally friendly R404A refrigerant.
