The Fagor Electric 700 Kore Series solid top gives one continuous cooking plate instead of individual burners, so pans slide between hot and cool areas rather than being lifted. The pressed 1.5 mm AISI-304 stainless steel surface top with rounded edges is designed for easy cleaning and to help prevent spills from entering the interior.

- Four independent zones – Solid top model with four independent heating zones beneath a 16 mm thick 13CrMo4 plate, allowing separate heat control across the 720 × 455 mm cooking surface.

- Even oven heat – Stainless steel heating elements with selector switch for upper and/or lower heat operation. Cast iron oven floor provides improved performance and even heat distribution.
- Safer loading – Stainless steel cooking chamber; side-loading trays with three rail heights and anti-tipping rails.
- Door built to last – Fibreglass door seal improves thermal efficiency; stamped oven frame and inner door ensure better oven closure; detachable oven door allows easier servicing and repairs.
